I don't think that it will. I'd give it a 65/35 chance that it goes the distance.
There has been alot of hype talking about this fight ending in a KO. when it comes down to it, Floyd is not going to war with Victor. May is no fool. Floyd will will come with his standard defensive/counterpunch style and try to control the action and slow the pace.
Victor must not allow himself to play Floyd's game like so many fighters in the past have done. He must continue to put on the pressure and throw punches. If Ortiz can manage to throw 60-70 punches per round he will do better than many think.
I would say May could take him out late like he did to Hatton.
If Ortiz can land some punches, I could wee him taking out in the Middle rounds.
My official prediction is Floyd by UD.
