Why is there a rematch clause and why does Ortiz have to wear Grant?

First of all the lineal title is a make believe title with no organization.

And Second no he aint. He retired after the Mosley fight (not fighting for 12 months is considered a retirement in boxing) and gave up that title. There was a box-off between Mosley (the last true lineal champ) and Pacquiao and we all know what happened in that fight.

Pac is the true lineal champ at 140 (Hatton) and 147 (Mosley) and Pac has an actual belt at 147. Floyd doesn't have **** and that real talk not hating.

wow this site has went to the turds............
If you don't know that there are Punchers gloves and there are gloves that better protect your hand then you are a poorly informed Boxing fan. Reyes gloves are universally considered punchers gloves.

With that said choosing gloves has been a part of many fighters negotiations and is one of the bargaining chips along with ring size.......etc. Morales's camp didn't allow Pac to where Reye's their first fight. Trinidad and RJJ had the whole Grant/Everlast disagreement. There are a ton of examples.

With that said it is clear that PBF negotiated for that to lessen the likelihood of getting hurt. Nothing wrong with that.

both are fighting in 8 ounce gloves.......theres little to NO difference when the gloves are that small.

also. heres a fun fact.........can ANYONE provide a link to where ortiz was supposedly prohibited from using reyes? mayweather allowed pac to wear any glove he wanted...........hell. you don't even know what brand ortiz will be using now do you...........

it's called speculating & trolling in an attempt to discredit mayweather before the fight even starts

            MAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

            what a load of losers...................

That's why i'm asking about the rematch clause... Floyd will win, which is why i'm clueless that he requested one.
its smart business...thats why you ask for a rematch clause...just like getting home owners insurance...you want to protect your assests...its not Mayweather himself asking for it...Al Hamon is the man! Ask yourself this...would you put money in a bank that wasnt FDIC insured???

now run along and cry about how much i hurt your butt...........

                      What did I start?

All i'm saying to you guys who say you can wreck anything as long as it's 8oz, then there's no need to force Ortiz (IF it's true) to wear Grant, right?!

This is coming from a gargantual fan of Mayweather, but it's a weak move.

                      However still, Mayweather TKO 10.

                      Reyes or not.
