I don't really think anything comes close to when the first bell rings. Those three seconds right after the bell rings is the best feeling. "It's really happening!" sets in. Then, as the fight goes on, it fades.
But, I swear...I sometimes think I'm going to have a heart attack or something for the really big fights. When I was watching Pacquiao/Mosley the first two rounds, I kept reminding myself, "Remember, it's just a boxing match. No biggie if Pacquiao gets knocked the hell out. Calm down, relax. It's just a fight."
My heart's racing...this Saturday won't be any different.
The moment the first bell for Cotto/Margarito II rings, I think I might just **** right there.Comment
