I can't say Bradley did not give Ortiz a shot when Ortiz or his people never tried to land a fight with him..And like you said there were more demand in an Alexander fight..TBH I did not even know Ortiz was the Mandatory to any of Bradley's belts..That just goes to show how much Ortiz or his handlers wanted to fight Bradley..
