I think we all can agree Ortiz was a cherrypick.

it doesnt matter if he fought cotto/margarito then or now. excuses will still be made as to why he won. thats what frustrates me about this. the man goes in does what he supposed to do as a fighter. and this is to outhink your opponent and win. remember the man is undefeated. why are so many people blaming him for the fact that his opponents couldnt beat him. he didnt fight those fights by himself. so why crap on him cause his opponents failed to do their job? it makes no since to hate this man so much

and why is it that fighters are cherry picked and over the hill once floyd fights and beats them. everybody said de la hoya was too big for floyd and he will knock him out. floyd beats him and all of a sudden he's over the hill. he wasnt over the hill when he knocked mayorga out was he. and lets talk about hatton. he was undefeated in his prime and many thought he was the one to take floyd's "0". he knocks him out and now all of a sudden he's no more good.

and lastly mosley. he came off a very career defining win by being the only man to knock out antonio margarito. and before that he knocked out mayorga. so shane proved that he still had what it takes to be at the top. he gets in with floyd and he actually hurts him a couple of times. floyd adjust's and takes over the fight. shane doesnt have the desire to fight anymore so floyd takes the win. is that floyd's fault? then here come the excuses again.

my point is why is there always have to be an excuse when floyd beats his opponents. why cant it be that the man is just a good fighter. its impossible to go in there and take fighters out of their comfort zones and dominate them unless you are a good fighter. and watch what happens when he beats ortiz. same thing.

for years you haters have criticized floyd for fighting old smaller guys. now he has a man 2 years his junior, a southpaw, and bigger. but like the other victims excuses wil be said about this victory as well. its sad but true.

ofcourse it matters. he retired his way to duck them. that is a fact.

i give floyd a lil bit of credit for ******. flash news undefeated record means ****. specially after a WELL documented ducking, cherrypicks and retirement/beauty sleeps.

come on now dawg. oldsley? really? shane excels in face first mexicans. no disrespect and all.

hes a good great fighter 130-135. but post lightweight he has cherrypicked himself to the top. sharmba mitchell. LOL.

he is fighting a known quitter, whose last good performance was a competitive fight against an HBO protected overrated fighter. that is a fact hommie.

Lets come out and say it. People hate a confident black man. Its really that simple. Plus we have to give credit to slob Arum for completely smearing Floyd when he left top rank. Remember the world hated Ali too. If Floyd gets punch drunk and can't speak, people will call him the goat.

LOL please dont compare a legend with floyd. thats just not right. i see you going with the race card. thats ***ing boring and dull. Marvin hagler and SLR were confident black men. floyd cant carry their jock strapp. true story.

c'mon man, do we have to point out the obvious!?!?!

the sun rises in the east and sets in the west......

the jet stream goes from west to east.......

              stars come out at night......

              the sun makes plants grow......

get the picture...... these are maxims of life, they can't be refuted, same with floyd cherry picking.......

i will give floyd this though, ortiz is a tougher fight for his comeback after 14+ months of inactivity, than all the other comeback fights he's had....

but thats the thing, floyd taking so much time off between fights, every fight he is going to have now is a tune up type fight..... so therefore he'll never fight anyone who is a real threat........

i'm willing to bet that after this fight, floyd wont fight for another year, then pick someone again who isnt on the level, thus further waiting for the competition to beat each other all up again...... then use triangulation theory to say he's the best because this guy beat that guy and he beat some other dude somewhere in the mix.......

either way, floyds modus opernadi is clear for all to see and take a look...... it's all there in the annuls of boxing history......

see thats exactly what i mean bruh. the excuses. but other fighter besides pac would have made sense for floyd to fight? if chose any other fighter than everybody would have said he's ducking ortiz. now thats a fact.

those arent excuses its a fact. what you talking about.

floyd has been ducking for ages, hes not a victim of some propaganda rather the mastermind of all the valid criticism he actually gets.

its a "tough" fight because of his lazy ass. thats all. he placed himself in that position because of the multiple ducking. but that doesnt mean ORTIZ is a great win just because floyd CHOOSES to fight sporadically.
