"That's what heavyweights are suppose to do." Do you know that quote Freedom? Jim Lampley said it a while ago.

You comparing Wladimir to Floyd is embarrassing in it's own right. In fact it's down right ridiculous.

    Sorry bro.

Floyd's arms are longer than ALL his opponents.

He has the same arm length as Wladimir Klitschko at 26".

Despite this advantage, Floyd never wins his fights impressively, he just pitty-pats to boring decision wins.

Only one TKO in Floyd's past 6 fights!

But Leonard Ellerbe and Larry X love him anyway.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't boxing referred to as the "sweet science"? Surely that's what Floyd does. He boxes his opponents. Much like Wlad does. KO aren't everything in boxing.

But to say Floyd isn't a warrior is quite pathetic. Anybody who gets into that ring, becomes a boxer, does all that training is a warrior. Simple. Same way as the MMA & UFC guys all are. Regardless of their style in the ring; they're all warriors for taking part in such a brutal sports.

        Give it a rest.

I guess youve never Boxed before in pro's or in amateurs. There's tons of cowards, most people fight to stay in shape in lower rankings.

Theres NOTHING scary about going into the ring for 45minutes to earn 20m.

I would go in with Vitali IF I could make 1m out of it.

thats a urban myth that you have to be some warrior.

A lot of smaller boxers like Miguel Cotto, Lucas Martin Matthysse and Marcos Rene Maidana have high KO ratios!

And a lot of heavyweights like Jack Johnson (38.04 %), Larry Holmes, Muhammed Ali and Kevin Johnson have KO ratios of 60% or under.

Seems to me Floyd gets a lot of undeserved praise and Wlad gets a lot of undeserved negative criticism.

You're very wrong Tunney and I'm willing to bet you 1 billion points that Mayweather stops Victor Ortiz. Even if he isn't able to stop him, this is boxing, not some fight to the death thing. There has been defensive type fighters all throughout the sport, Floyds style is not something new to it. He will dismantle and stop Victor in the same fashion as he did Gatti or Ricky Hatton. Bet me, please.

Floyd gets praise because he has beat a lot of great fighters. Who has Wlad beat as good as Corrales, Castillo, Hatton, SSM or OLDH? Wlad can only fight who is out there so you can't knock the dude but you certainly can't praise the guy just because you want to. This is why FM is a first ballot hall of famer and probably a top 50 fighter of all time and Wlad is not.

No I haven't. But to me, regardless of how dramatic this may sound, anyone who goes into a professional boxing ring is a warrior. You risk serious injury anytime you go into that ring. One punch can change everything.

Just ask Michael Bentt, Bradley Stone, Michael Watson & there are tones more.

I know those injuries were a while ago & things are much safer now but with a sport like boxing, you never know.

How can a runner be the current most accurate puncher in Boxing? How does he won his fights when all he does is run without throwing any punches back at his opponents? Oh, how can he be a runner when his legs are shot to ****?
