Vitali Was Pre-Prime and Injured When He Fought Lewis

This is a fact. Vitali was pre-prime. Sure he was undefeated...so was Ali when henry cooper knocked him unconcious. Vitali didn't reach his prime until afterwards when he gained the mental edge and when he had lived in the U.S. and studied boxing longer. It wasnt until after he got in the ring with Lewis that he realized that no one could ever knock him down. Sure Lewis cheated...we all know that, sure it should have been a TD win for Vitali...but you can't go back in time and make things right. What should be noted is that Vitali didn't really reach his prime until later. He and his trainer state this. Wow...lewis cheated to win a controversial fight againt a pre-prime vitali on 2 weeks notice...good job.

Lewis was past his prime, and out of shape.

He still, literally, destroyed Vitali. Let it go.

          Cry me a river.

Its not a coincidence that Vitali loses to both the strongest guy on his resume' in Lennox and the fastest in Byrd. The rest were bums like sosnoski, adamek and fat Briggs.

Stop blaming everything on bad luck, and foul play. Its really sad.

            Everyone cant be Joe Calzaghe.

You think hes never been cut? You think hes never had injuries so painful he wanted to quit? he ****** it up and did what was nessicary to win.

Vitali is a crybaby who cant accept reality. Was defeated by an unmotivated Lewis, and has to wear that the rest of his life.

Truth is, vitali was basically a ex-kickboxer that was just trying out boxing when he whooped lennox. he had no idea what he was doing, and still won

That's my take on the fight. And Lewis did open the eye nefariously. This clip is the definitive moment the cut opened up in a clinch with Lewis hitting and holding ILLEGAL! Vitali from Saturday night wouldn't allow this to happen and would smash this Lewis no problem.

I can show you the definitive moment where a Vitali headbutt led to a ko win. Or a moment where Vitali tried to kick Lennox Lewis in the balls which is the very definition of nefarious.

Cry me river. Your guy had his chance in the 2nd round and failed capitalize on LL's glass chin.

                  Thats the breaks.
