he trains in the phillipines for half of his training camp, it would be bull**** if mayweather demanded that he fly to the US just to get tested. that's why hes asking for WADA to test him in the phillipines and the USDA t test him in the US. Besides if we're believing everything mayweather says, then we should believe manny pacquiao when he says that the testing is a none issue anymore that he has agreed to the testing theyre just figuring out all the financials.
