Wlad should face the #1 challenger

If there's any point having mandatory challenges, then world heavy champ Wlad Klitschko should be ordered to take on the #1 challenger.
And if he refuses to sign on, i.e. fighting Vitali, he should be stripped of the title.

Though, I don't think it will be a memorable fight as both guys get disqualified in round 4 for not throwing punches
