I don't think Kellerman had any bad intentions when he hinted that Floyd's legs are gone, and Floyd didn't deny it (or did he?). Most athletes lose their legs with age, anybody doing sports long enough knows this.

yes but i dont think hes lost his legs. hes just tired of ppl calling him a runner.. when a boxers feet are planted he has more power behind his punches.

Anyone who seriously believes his legs are shot is a fool. The guy is in pristine condition, he's hardly fought the past few years, he's maintained his fitness and he still has lightning quick speed. Floyd is in top shape, there isn't even a whiff of decline.

He's the only fighter in the history of the sport that can run with no legs.

He changes his fighting method in rounds in and out. You don't necessarily need to backpedaling all around the ring when you can fight at long range and know how to fight taller than you actually are. Floyd was flat-footed when Mosley caught him with with the first big shot, then later in the other rounds, Mosley tried to set it up again, but Floyd bounced backward when he needed to.

Even when Floyd is not fighting he keeps aging. Ali started to have serious hand problems after the 3 year layoff. Also, keep in mind Floyd may have continued to train while on 'vacation', and if that is the case his legs still have suffered the impact from running, jumping rope, squats, etc...
