Vitali has a mandate with Stiverne b4 March 30th 2012. If he's gonna fight Haye, it better be signed in the next week to happen b4 Jan 2012.

I personally think Haye should earn it, but Vitali don't have that kindof time to waste. And besides, Haye most likely couldnt beat 2 consecutive top 20 HWs anyway, so best for Vitali $$$wise and legacy wise if he can get Haye in the ring as soon as possible.
