Please explain what Pac's reason was to make the Champ come in at 145 for a 147 belt? What other reason is there to ask for that weight, then to try to weaken him? 2 lbs really? 147 lbs is just a limit for welter not the minimum, pacquiao was never naturally a 147 lbs fighter but cotto was, besides cotto takes 2lbs craps probably so it aint going to weaken him like you say
