question about Manny post testing

Not trying to be a troll , but from a boxing fans perspective if Manny and Floyd do fight and manny doesnt test postive for roids but shows a decline in ring performace, would that cast doubt on his legitimacy in the boxing world. Basically would he end up like Margarito where all his wins are put under question? Just curious because all these testing threads keep coming up.

Just curious. I had this discussion with my brother. He pointed out how people point to tito trinidads wraps being exposed and his fights afterwards or Magarito and his plaster. I was curious how people would react if say: Manny gassed in round 6 against floyd or hit Floyd Flush and not hurt him.
