Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, believes his former client Floyd Mayweather Jr. is starting to mentally lose it. Arum, speaking to Martin Rogers of Yahoo Sports, questions some of Mayweather's recent verbal rants and his behavior outside of the ring. Over the last two years, Mayweather has been involved in a number of lawsuits stemming from assault allegations. Some of those cases are still ongoing, including one case involving the mother of his children.
