Martinez needs to fight Andre Ward!!!

Don't get me wrong, I think Sergio is a great boxer and has great skills. But, why is this guy trying to call out Floyd and Manny, who are both 147 lb Welterweights??? It's ridiculous. It's like he gets a pass because the only logical fight at Middlweight is against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., which will most likely happen in Spring 2012. Meanwhile, he and his promoter say that Andre Ward is a Super Middleweight and is too big for him...get real Sergio! They are saying this, and at the same time, they are saying that if Froch beats Ward they will consider moving up to 168 or a catchweight of 165/164 to fight Froch. Why not just fight Andre Ward at a 165 catchweight (which Ward has said he'll do) after you beat Barker and Chavez Jr., and after Ward beats Froch and Bute. This could happen in maybe Fall 2012????? Don't sit here and tell me Floyd and Manny are ducking Sergio (who is two weight classes above them), and tell me that Andre Ward is too big for Sergio. It's complete crap. By the way, what did Sergio do to earn #2 P4P in the world??? He beat an alright Pavlik, who had been exposed by Hopkins, and avenged a loss to Paul Williams by knocking him out in two. I can't till Mayweather beats Ortiz and gets the #2 spot back, even though he never really lost the #1 spot, but thats a completely different conversation.


So how about it? Would you like Sergio to stop calling out 147 lb fighters, and man up to fight Andre Ward??? I sure would.

Really??? Lets look at this a bit okay???

Sergio Martinez currently fights in the Middleweight (160 lb) division.
Andre Ward currently fights in the Super Middlweight (168 il) division.

Whats the difference??? 8 lbs.

The Klitschko's fight in the 200+ lb division, and weight in at 240+ lbs. What's the difference between 168 and 240??? 72 lbs.

Yeahhhhhhhhhhh. That's the really the same thing.

Answer this one, please. Why are Martinez and his camp saying that they would like to fight Carl Froch if he beats Andre Ward, but at the same time saying that Andre Ward is just too big for him??? They are both Super Middlweights, Andre Ward is just a serious threat expose Sergio. Even Pavlik out-boxed Sergio at various times in their fight. Andre Ward, who is a far better boxer than Kelly Pavlik, would box Sergio to death.

Why won't Sergio call out Andre Ward???
