What's up with white boy's and Manny Pacquiao?

Far be it from me to go to the race card. I do however have a question or two as to who and why Manny Pacquiao chooses to let into his inner circle. To work for Manny Pacquiao would be considered an honor by most folks. Guys like Buboy for instance. Here is a guy that's been Manny's friend for many years. He's been a loyal friend and someone that Manny trusts. Buboy being in the inner circle makes sense to me. Another guy that makes sense to me is Winchell Campos. He's a guy that Manny trusts and he does a lot of work for Manny. I get this too. There are a few other good hard working Filipinos that have been with Manny for a long time that are in his inner circle, and deservingly so.

So what's up with the white guys getting in? OK so Michael Koncz has been around for a awhile. Is he the best guy for the job? I don't know, maybe maybe not. Are there no Filipino's that can do a good job as well? Of course there are. In fact, there are several that can do the job and none of them would have any type of motive other than doing an honest and loyal job.

So wouldn't it make sense to have a Filipino run Manny's "Official website?" Are there no Filipino's that have worked hard that deserve to run the 8 division world champion's official website? Of course there are. What about Manny's official biography? Why hasn't a Filipino been rewarded with writing Manny's official biography? Are there no qualified Filipino authors that could have done this? Of course there are.

I'm not judging Timothy Sladeck. I'm not here to say if he's good or bad for Manny Pacquiao. What I am saying is that I find it a little bit odd that Manny has not given these two opportunities to Filipinos. Now, these same questions don't apply to Freddie Roach. There are no Filipinio boxing trainers better than Freddie Roach. In fact there is nobody on planet Earth that is better than Freddie Roach at boxing training, so Manny is spot on in that category.

These are just a few things that make me go "Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm"

Do you really think Pacquiao would be better off with Oscar or Don King??? They would spit Pacquiao out, but if you get a RICH white guy behind you it opens more doors.
