I don't understand what facts you are talking about that you have discovered in you research. It seems your hate so affected your mind and lost your sense of logic and common sense:

Fact: An 8 ounce gloves is standard for 147 division. So why so much emphasis on Floyd agreeing to an existing standard? It was Floyd who tried to request for 10 oz but Pac team said no. Why would Pac team request for something that is already a standard?

Fact: All Floyd has to do is to come on weigh-in day not over 147lbs. Then why so much emphasis on Floyd agreeing to Manny's 10M penalty demand?
Even if the amount is 100M or even more it won't matter since all he has to do is to come not over 147 right? And by the way can you remember what Floyd did to Marquez on weigh-in?

Fact: The fight did not happen during the first negotiation not because Pac refused OSDT. Fight was cancelled because of disagreement on cut-off dates.Pac wanted 24 days Floyd 14. Nothing to do with scared of needles, mental ****, etc, etc.Period!!!!!

Fact: There was a second negotiation and Ross Greenburg confirmed it. And When asked about why the fight still not happening, he said Dont ask me for the fight not happening. You have to ask Floyd Mayweather Jr. why the fight did not happen and why he simply doesn't want to fight.

Fact:Agreeing to Floyd's testing demands, and the way how the drug testing process is to be implemented, are completely different things. If Floyd has the right to demand OSDT, Pac and his team has the right also to demand and negotiate what they believe is appropriate enough as far implementing the testing process is concerned.All Pac team wanted is for WADA to oversee the whole testing process, this fight being international, and WADA the world governing body on drug testing. I don't see any issue her whatsoever. I think it's fair enough opposite to what you are implying that Pac is trying to run again from the fight by trying to spin the USADA issue.


And finally,no amount of gobbledy**** could twist the fact that Manny has already agreed to all Floyd's testing demands, but Floyd went to vacation, that he is spending time with his family and he is not thinking about boxing at all. He even said there was no negotiation but Ross exposed him.

Honestly man. Lets keep it all the 100. If Manny Pacquiao agreed to the tests prior. Then why does Arum have a problem with USADA doing the testing and feeling they are corrupt? Wouldn't Arum have had this problem before making him not able to agree to the testing? Wouldn't that have always been an issue for him? why would he agree and then later say "I think the USADA is corrupt in favor of Floyd"? Floyd request was always to be handled by the USADA. Pac has never been 100% agreeable with taking the tests and giving blood and that's a fact. Just look at the first negotiations when he went to fight Clottey instead of agreeing to the cut off.

Use your logic for once, Arum has no problem with USADA testing Manny IF HE IS in the USA. You know what USADA Means dont cha? Meaning their jurisdiction is USA.

Is USADA authorized to test in the PH where Manny will train? Absolutely NOT because there is a WADA authorized Philippine Anti Doping Agency there and they have jurisdiction over the PHILIPPINES.

Looks like when Pac agreed to the ****** TESTS Floyd once again puts another roadblock. "I WANT USADA". Pac shouldn't train in PH blah blah blah...

Just to comment on something said earlier. Pac used catchweights twice to fight BIGGER guys. Floyd used it once to fight a smaller guy and ignored the contract and came in 2 pounds over and weighed the same as he did against Mosley (146) and he didn't even bother to ask Hatton for a catchweight he just made him move all the way up. So *****s what were you saying about catchweights??? You got catch weights to fight BIGGER guys and you got catchweights to fight smaller guys (ignored) or fighting smaller guys that only move up to fight you... How many legit WW were around when Floyd fought Hatton a JWW at 147??? Cotto, Mosley, Williams, Margarito, Clottey.... Catchweights my a$$, signing to fight Marquez at 144 who never fought above 135 and then weighing in at 146. In Philippines there is this saying. "if one wants it, he will find many ways to make it happen, but if one doesn't want it, he will have many excuses to avoid it". Arum is just saying "There is no more issues regarding blood testing", "We don't believe the USADA Is a fair organization", "Manny will take the tests". Manny is saying "If the fight happens, good. If it doesn't, I don't care. I don't need Floyd. I have to focus on being a congressmen". Meanwhile, he's focusing hard on taking Mayweather to court. Also, Koncz said back in July that "Manny still hasn't agreed to do any testing within 14 days of the fight. We'll see. I will have to talk to Manny to see what he is willing to do". What the f**k is going on?!?!?!

On the other side, Mayweather is saying, "If he takes the test, we can fight", "I absolutely want to fight Manny Pacquiao, he just nees to take the test". Same thing as always. Whyw ould ANYONE believe Arum who is just talking out of his ass??? There aren't any negotiations going on yet! Not until Mayweather beats Ortiz. Why anyone believe him anyway??? He said in July 2010 that Floyd and Manny agreed to everything, and they only needed a Floys signature. He also said that Manny agreed to do random blood testing by the USADA up until fight day. Manny's excuses
1. Mayweather wants too much money.
2. Mayweather shouldn't dictate the fight.
3. I shouldn't have to take top blood testing when its not required by any state boxing commission.
4. I am afraid of needles.
5. Blood testing a day or two before the fight weakens me too much.
6. I will be at a disadvantage giving blood too close to the fight.
7. The USADA is not a fair and neutral organization.

Manny's demands about certain cutoff dates
1. No testing within 30 days of the fight.
2. No testing within 24 days.
3. No testing within 14 days.

It's crazy that people still think Manny wants the blood tests and to fight Floyd. I personally just think Manny is getting terrible advice. Until Manny signs a contract, or openly says HIMSELF that he will agree to random blood testing up until fight day by the USADA, I can't believe anything.

Hey Floyd came out on national TV not some little media clip and said if Pac takes tests then he will absolutley fight him. He didnt say he was next cause i think Khan is lined up. But these Khan fans, and there are many, will still say he is cherry picking by fighting Khan while i see Pac going to fight Cotto again or Bradley if TR signs him. The fact is this, no more of he said Pac your next then backtracked cause it came out on national TV. And in the world of promoting how do we not know that they asked him to say he didint say Pac is next so it can come out on Conan Show. Now i know this is just my opinion and coming up with theories but the ball is in Pac's court now so i will just wait to see what happens instead of arguing with posters who are to blind to use their common sense to see what is in front of them.
