******* stop your BULL**** already there is no video and real source where POOCHIAO says that he agreed to a real full random blood testing
And it didnt took 10 years for MOSLEY and ORTIZ to agree to take a random blood test , strange

I mean, I tried to avoid this topic because I find it over played but in the same breath fascinating by how people respond to this. How can Floyd be bluffing about Pac taking the tests and fighting when Mosley and Ortiz went and are going through the same procedure? Honestly, I just think that Pac has made more excuses to not take it then floyd has on him taking it. This Floyd/Pac debate will never end until the fight happens because people will continue to see what they want to see but if you step back out of the cross fire and just see everything for what it is with an open mind and remain objective then things will be put into perspective. I just see it as Bob Arum don't want to make the fight like when Bob didn't want to make the Oscar fight for Floyd because he didn't want to do business with Oscar. It's all politics. I don't believe for a second that Pac would not fight Floyd but do believe that Arum has massive control over Manny's career and just not ready to make the fight (Hopefully I am wrong).

So Arum has agreed to WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency). WADA would not put their whole operation on the line just to lie for Manny. This is fair. But Floyd will use this (I only trust USADA) as his out. HE WILL NEVER FIGHT MANNY!!! He is afraid!!!

Youre right and wrong floyd at the same time.
You were wrong when you said if your the best you have to take the OSDT.
You would be right though if you meant if your the best you have to take a test opponent wise, and not ask for referee protection like you did against hatton.

Let the commission do their JOB! As simple as that.
All of Pac's opponents did not ask for OSDT, only Floyd.
You may wonder why.
He asked because urine tests are useless, and he thinks Pac is juicing.

MARQUEZ ON THE BIGGEST FRAUD IN BOXING HISTORY POOCHIAO :
Marquez has been studying Pacquiao's every move since their rematch. When discussing Pacquiao's recent record of big wins, he ripped every single victory from the last two years.
"I have studied Pacquiao, and if you take a look, all of his recent opponents have the same characteristics. They all come forward, and those are the kind that he prefers. Likewise, those who promote him have managed to always give him the ideal opponents," Marquez said.
"I'll begin with Ricky Hatton, who was knocked out by Floyd Mayweather. He fought Oscar De La Hoya, who in ten years had not gone down to welterweight. Then Miguel Cotto, who got beat by Antonio Margarito. He beat Marco Antonio Barrera, who lost to me. He fought Joshua Clottey, who can't punch. And now he battered Margarito, who had been knocked out by Shane Mosley, and only had a single fight in almost two years."
