Wouldn't that have always been an issue for him? why would he agree and then later say "I think the USADA is corrupt in favor of Floyd"? Floyd request was always to be handled by the USADA. Pac has never been 100% agreeable with taking the tests and giving blood and that's a fact. Just look at the first negotiations when he went to fight Clottey instead of agreeing to the cut off.
Agreeing to all Floyd's testing demands and the way the drug testing process is to be implemented, are two completely different things. If Floyd and his team has the right to demand and negotiate for additional drug testing, Pac and his team has also the right to demand and negotiate for what they believe is appropriate as far as the drug testing process is concerned. All Pac and his team wants is for WADA to oversee the whole testing process which I believe is fair enough.

As far as the USADA, Bob just made special mention of Floyd and Oscar's close relationship with Tygart and in fact Tygart and Oscar are golfing partners. Plus, its a known fact that during the height of the turmoil of the first negotiation, Tygart often mentioned Floyd as the "CLEAN" athlete. Bob has all the reason to doubt hence his request for WADA to oversee. And I can assure you that if you were Bob you would do the same. You know what, it's a known fact that in the Corporate World, some of the biggest contracts are made and sealed in the golf course.

Again history lessons! Arum doesn't trust USADA because of their close involvement with Floyd and which side they stand and that ofcorz if Floyds side. And you think that is completely irrational? Lets put the same logic on Floyd why not trust the Philippines, WADA or anybody besides USADA to test Pacquiao what is the problem there? I completely understand why any boxer would distrust the country whose doing the test in which the boxer originated from but to pursue that USADA should only be the one doing the testing is irrational given the fact that Manny train half of his training camp at home.

I'll admit i can't explain why Pacquiao agreed now and not then but is that really matter? The important thing here is Pac agreed to OSDT though not 100% came from his mouth the fact that Manny didn't announced to disgree to the statement and for this long of a time is good enough to take Arums word. So is Arum playing the mind game? sure probably, but if testing is the only thing separating Floyd and a signature why push this USADA issue? Now answer me that?

Manny's been saying he'd take the tests for a while now.. Most recently in an ESPN interview. It's on record. I HIGHLY DOUBT no one has informed Mayweather of this, so why does he keep saying "take the tests".? Why doesn't he send Pacquiao a piece of paper to sign? You can't tell me he's waiting for Pac, that's crazy. Mayweather's the one making a demand, it's only natural that he be the one to make a contract for Manny to sign.

That doesn't matter... because in Public Manny is saying I'll take the test, and behind closed doors he's saying NO!!

Only way we see Floyd and Pac fight made is if one of these guys loses their next fight. One of the egos got to give and a loss would do that.
