They both agreed to the random drug testing. The problem is that Manny has half of his training camp in the Phillipines and USADA doesn't leave the US. So Arum has agreed to WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency). WADA would not put their whole operation on the line just to lie for Manny. This is fair. But Floyd will use this (I only trust USADA) as his out. HE WILL NEVER FIGHT MANNY!!! He is afraid!!!Comment
