According to the West Australian, former IBO champion Danny Green is heading right back in the title picture. The Australian star has reached a deal to face WBC cruiserweight champion Krzysztof Wlodarczyk of Poland on November 30th at Perth's Challenge Stadium. It will be Green's first fight since getting knocked out in July by Antonio Tarver. Green had initially pushed for a rematch with Tarver, but appears to have passed on exercising the rematch clause. Even before the Tarver fight, Wlodarczyk had pushed for a meeting with Green in Australia.

every cruiserweight wants to fight danny green in australia because its a HUGE PAYDAY.danny green is the new andrew golota...golota got 4 title shots even though he had meltdowns.golota could pack madison square gardens every fight.jones jr., tarver,flores,& now wlodarczyk.the pole tried securing a fight with green before the tarver fight.danny green is just that... "green" as in money! rankings don't matter.they just get you in the picture.holyfield can still draw big in europe so thats why valuev fought him & povetkin is considering it.
