I'm a fan of Boxing and MMA!

No always been a huge boxing fan but I consider myself a casual MMA fan, it's a pretty fun sport IDK why I use to hate on it. I enjoy watching it if somebody like Cain, Jones, or Silva is fighting. But for my personal taste it can never compare to boxing, boxing is just beautiful to me.

To the OP, I'm curious to hear what made you convert from MMA to boxing? How did that happen and were the fights/fighters that did for you?

MMA is starting to grow on me for the simple freshing fact that they actually have the best fighting the best. So am liking them more and more for their integrity of competition.

i can sit down and watch mma its not bad or anything i can enjoy it actually. its safe to say im a casual mma fan..but im a hardcore boxing fan ! mma fights never get me pumped up like a boxing ppv does.

I was into MMA briefly during military service, but the UFC is a fad that will dissapear eventually, and many already are displeased with it. Rampage Jackson held my interest til about two years ago when I realized MMA would never touch boxing.
Mayweather-Ortiz, I probably wont' sleep til after that night!!!!

Berto vs Ortiz deserves fight of the year but its a shame it must compete with Mayweather and Marquez's fights.

MMA fails at bringing the hype for me like boxing does, and has long ago watered down to a grey area formula called "Mixed Martial Arts fighter" (style) and it's like what!? the whole concept was style vs style, boxing is pure, and elegant, and if you can't see the astronomical distance boxing has on MMA as far as art, beauty, strategy, and entertainment, then why are you even watching fight sports? Find a new sport genre that might be more comprehensible
