IF marquez beats paquiao=ATG?

i dont know if this has been asked before,but what happens if marquez beats pac,will he become a atg automatically?this question is because he will fight pac at his catch weight and pac its at his peak on his career,so there wouldn't be too many excuses..i think it is possible for marquez to win,but more than anything i think this is a good question..or people will say that marquez beating pac will make mayweather the atg because he won against marquez(even thou we all know what happen with the weight issues and clauses)i know people consider pac an atg not only because his fights but because all the attention he has brought to boxing in general..but this question is specific on what happens in the ring..

he is already a atg in my eyes !!!! if he somehow some way gets his hands on ali's piss and beats manny i will take my hat off too him !!! but that just wont happen !!! instead manny will beat him worse than he beat cotto , and maybe break a few facial bones !!!!!
