The same way Khan uses Mayweather's name to get more notice is the same way Mayweather is using Khan's name to promote Jessie Vargas. Nobody knew who this guy was a few months ago and now the dude will have a lot more followers.
It will only take a few decent performances by Vargas for people to start jumping on the bandwagon and that's how the game works.
