Former two division champion Tomasz Adamek (44-2, 28KOs) is going to rest for the remainder of the year, but plans to return in 2012 and only wants the best fights possible. Last Saturday in Poland, he stepped in the ring before 42,000 fans at Stadium Miejski and was stopped in ten rounds by WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko. Adamek will return as a heavyweight and doesn't rule out a possible fight with Vitali's younger brother, IBO/IBF/WBO/WBA king Wladimir Klitschko.

War Adamek, you got your ass beat but fans will still respect you and want to see you fight. You took a beating but you can say that you tried, you didnt talk crap, you didnt need any cheap gimmicks.

This is why I always supported Adamek and said if he managed a upset I wouldnt be mad.

I hope Adamek fights Haye. Would love to see Haye get knocked out since I dont think he will run from Adamek

He still poses a threat for any HW not named Kltischko or Haye. It also shows how weak this division really is and how dominating the Bros are. Personally I would love to see some CW action in HW by putting together Chambers - Adamek bout. One more thought. It's interesting how Adamek's view on his own career has changed since this fight. Before - lots of bumfights, now - only top competition. Still got my support!
