Floyd Mayweather Jr. explained his recent hostility towards Golden Boy Promotions President Oscar De La Hoya. In several published interviews, on the social networks, and during HBO's series "Mayweather-Ortiz 24/7" - Floyd has attacked De La Hoya on several fronts. Mayweather was angered by some of De La Hoya's televised comments on the 24/7 program.

I can kinda see where Floyd is coming from on this. But Oscar seems to do this alot anyway, just his way of trying to "uplift" his current fighter, pretty sure he did the same with Hatton before he fought Floyd.

Definitely agree with the comments about Richard Schaefer though. He does seem to be doing a lot of the work.

Floyd is a very good defensive fighter no doubt. But is he really up there with the greats? Absolutely not. His resume is pathetic. Comparing Floyd the fighter and Floyd the person are two different things. The fact that he has people who LOVE him and HATE him is why he makes so much money.

I thought it was kind of funny in the last 24/7 episode where they show him talking to the troops and showing off his stuff MTV Cribs style... like showing off what you have is supposed to inspire them or something.
