Do you think Gamboa vs Ponce was a preview of mayweather vs Ortiz?

I always had a hunch that it would be stopped due to cuts of Mayweather went toe to toe. I think May vs Ortiz will be just like Gamboa vs Ponce. Ortiz will get good shots and Mayweather will land crisp clean shots. If this were the case then it wouldn't be a bad look for Ortiz and May will still get some tune up work done...

I don't think Ortiz has Ponce(The Ponce fighting now, not the one who fought aggressively with little to no defense against Juanma) defense but you never know. I guess Ortiz can show us a better defense but I wonder if his better defense will cost him his own offense. Or maybe he could combine the both.

It's hard to say. Gamboa and Mayweather aren't too similar in style, and Ortiz has good speed and is more technically sound than Ponce. I think it'll be a good fight this Saturday.
