I'd go with Gamboa by decision in a boxing lesson.
i wouldn't say a couple pounds. gamboa's a featherweight while rios is a lightweight who rehydrates alot.

Gamboa can move up tho'. If Rios is 150 on fight and Gamboa is like 145 it won't make a difference.

gamboa's actually done 126 now, but i think rios is in the same boat. still, de leon ain't rios. as much as I'm in awe of gamboa at times, i see vulnerability in him, and rios seems like the kind to capitalize on that.

I'm not big on Gamboa either, but his speed and footwork would give Rios trouble. Plus he seems to have gotten more responsible on defense last night instead of getting dropped by cabdrivers in every fight.

If Rios can get inside on him he can win, but I don't know if Gamboa will let him get that close.

rios has the skills to get him inside

his whole game is developed around getting inside and cutting off sklick/quick boxers

gamboa has the better body though

rios has better technique then Wacky Wavy Inflatable Arm Flailing Tubemen de leon. he'd fare alot better. if there's a guy to solve the gamboa conundrum, its baby margarito.
