    Whats your opinion? Has he improved? I personally think he has and his defense is noticeably better.

      Better.

      BUT, De Leon is no longer a threat at the higher weight. Too bad he can't go back to the Featherweight since he is now coming in overweight to weigh-ins.

      He looks ordinary at the higher weight but definitely better than before.

      I see the same thing for Gamboa. Once he goes up in weight, he will see that his power ain't special at the higher weight.
