Did Ponce de leon just quit?

The cut wasn't bad? What the **** were you guys watching? It was a vertical cut that ran directly into the corner of the eye. In other words, it would drip straight into the eye non stop.

Anyway, it didn't seem to me that De Leon quit at all. Especially as it was entirely the doctor talking with the ref while Ponce just stood there. He didn't say anything really and was doing very well in my opinion. I don't see why he would want to quit when he was doing as well as he was considering he was hitting Gamboa a lot more than anyone recently.
