Adamek fought with more guts, but lost every round.

Haye fought with what looked like fear, but actually won 3-4 rounds[ I think I gave him 2-3 rounds I forgot]against Wlad, who is seen as the better boxer of him and Vitali.

So Haye fought in the more dull fight of the two, but won some rounds.

Doesn't matter though. They both lost and they were both legit competition to the Klitchko's coming in, or at least the best competition at HW that the Klits could fight.

nah kev, adamek mentally shut down, it happens in boxing, i know you've boxed but i dont know if you've ever been in the situation where you are out of stamina or see no way to win and just give up

keeping yourself mentally awake and moving effectively takes much more effort than shutting down and moving foward taking punches with your face, esspecially considering you really dont feel much in the ring anyway

How did he "try"? By not defending himself? He threw the same amount of punches as Haye.

Speaking of throwing punches (or not throwing them)

Vitali threw more punches in the 9th and shortened 10th round than Haye did in the entire 12 rounds against Valuev and Wlad.

Really puts Haye's pathetic punch output into perspective.

sure he was outclassed, outmatched, it was a miss match, he was much smaller weaker didnt have the hieght or strength to impose on Vitali but he gave all he possibly could, Haye on the other hand had the strengh speed hight weight to impose himself on Wlad but was so cowardly he didnt take a chance, he was scared to get hit and given the **** he talked before there is no forgiving his performance, you probably could have let him off had he been more humble a man but he was so full of it, couldnt walk the walk. i aint an adamek fan by the way, dont care he lost.

Haye and Adamek are virtually the same size and they gave virtually the same effort.

But people love quiet guys who get punched in the face for some reason.

Haye's output is pathetic. But so was Adamek's.
