Rumblin' Rockin' Promotions- The 2nd Generations 2nd lift off

Rumblin' Rockin' Promotions is proud to announce that we will be promoting our 3rd show of action packed flyin' fists. With the success of the first 2 promotions we have been eager to bring the action back to you, but this time with a twist.

Rumblin' Rockin' Promotions will be moving into the future with R.R.P-The 2nd Generation where you, the boxing scene member will work the corner of your favorite fighter.

Any person wishing to work the corner of a fighter will need to be present, on line, once the fists start flying. I will give a vivid description of what is happening in the bout and the corner men(being you) at the end of each round, will send me a private message of their intentions and strategy for the up coming round. The round will be fought and then you will need to instruct your fighter for the next round and so on until the end of the bout.

Rumblin' Rockin' Promotions had begun the 2nd Generation awhile back, but unforeseen road blocks and feet in my ass kept the promotion from lifting off of the ground. Fortunately, this time around, there is nothing standing in the way of you managing your fighters and working his corner on your way to the title.

------------Details of the way it will go down---------------

    1. These matches will be held only in the middleweight division at this time.

    2. If you wish to reserve or "sign" a fighter to your stable you will need first post it up in this thread. For example, I would write...."Rockin' wishes to manage/work corner of Stanley Ketchell." This will reserve the fighter for you if you were the only one to show interest in that fighter. If 2 or more people wish to work with the same fighter then it will come down to a bidding war between the perspective managers. Who ever offers most will be granted the contract of the fighter.

    3. There will be a 250,000 point cost for entering your fighter into any RRP-The 2nd Generation bout. All of these points will be payed out to the winner of the bout. Aswell, Rumblin' Rockin' Promotions will be happy to add 500,000 points to the winner of the bout making the purse a grand total of a cool million. (If you wish to participate but do not have enough points to do so, please let me know.)

    4. The date of the bouts will be scheduled for mid November. Once we have made the match and agreed to the terms of the bout we will let you know.

So get your fighter and get that contract signed because you cant throw fists like these on any other boxing site. Its where the action is and you will be thrown right into the middle of the mayhem, Only at the boxing scene.

It has been noted El Jefe. Ofcourse if somebody wants him it will come down to a bid for his contract.

Once we establish who is managing who then you guys will have to bicker and barter between your selfs as to who is going to fight against who, after all, your the manager. Once we have a match made, the 2 participants will agree on a time where each is available to be on line. Ofcourse it will have to jive with my scheduele as well. We will all agree on a time and date and it will be done.

Ah, so these are virtual fights on a computer then? (Sorry, I was thinking they were real... dumb ass).

Rockin', sorry to crash your thread, but you haven't got the end of that story you promised, have you? Can't wait to hear the rest.

These are not computer generated bouts. They are..... an ancient chienese secret. I had thrown a couple of fights before and the people seemed to like them. So now, I get the people in the corner and managing the fighter in the 2nd Generation.

As for the story that I have not yet finished...... well, its just that sometimes I have the frame of mind to write in that way and sometimes I dont. I apologize. If I cant tell a story the way that I would like to present it, then I would rather wait until Im in that frame of mind, I hope that you understand.

Pick a fighter and get involved Anorak, you'll probably have some fun with it.

Sorry Rockin', I didn't mean to rush you, I'm just excited to hear what happened, that's all.

I will pick one, but to be honest I'm still too thick to get what it is. Does this mean I can have Ray Robinson then?

                  Anorak,

I threw a couple of shows earlier this year. I had Marciano vs Tyson Hagler vs Graziano and Hearns vs Lamotta. They are under Rumblin' Rockin' Promotions Presents. Click on my name and then click on threads started by Rockin' and you will see them. In the bouts to come I will have guys working the corners and such and making the matches between the fighters. Check out the other bouts, people seemed to like them.
