People on here don't know **** about the human body. Red blood cells dont regenerate daily. It takes weeks and even months. Anyone who has ever given blood knows this. There is a reason why the no boxing commission in the entire world (actual doctors and experts on the human body) requires it because it obviously drains you.

Knowing when you are going to be tested isn't random at all.
