Morales is fighting a better opponent than Floyd. Cano has never been knocked out, hasn't lost, hasn't quit and has power.

Not surprising, Morales is thee man.

new opponent for Erik Morales on September 17th in Las Vegas will be announced tomorrow. Morales was originally slated to face Lucas Matthysse for the vacant WBC super lightweight, but Matthysse pulled out with an illness. The WBC is desperately looking for a foe with prestige and quality for Morales, so that he does not lose the opportunity to fight for a fourth world title.

                  YYAAAAAYYYYYY for boxing commisions again
