If somehow Tomasz Adamek pulls off a win against Vitali Klitschko, where do you think that will put Adamek in terms of ranking, becoming a Hall of famer and in the boxing history books in general? Will he be considered an all time great?
Would a win over Vitali Klitschko give Tomasz Adamek ATG status?

an "Atg?"
no
he's just not that good. especially at HW
if he beats klitschko convincingly he will at least get some condiseration for the hall of fame
he'd have to do some serious work at HW (say beat wladimir and make some defenses of the lineal championship) to really cement himself
but i don't think its going to happen
even at his slowed down recent best (say the briggs fight) vitali presents almost insurmountable opposition for adamek.
if he wins it will be seen at least at some level as more of a testament to how far klitschko has slipped at age 40
still pumped about the fight tho
adamek is a warriorComment

I think if he did somehow manage to beat Vitali while giving away around 30lbs and winning a 3rd title in as many weights I believe that should be enough to get him in the hall of fame and should without a doubt propel him into the top 10 p4p.an "Atg?"

Vitali Klitschko is an All Time Great and Hall of Famer. He has dominated every opponent he has ever faced. Has never truly lost. Has never been behind on the scorecards at the end of a fight. Has never been knocked down. Has the greatest heavyweight champ KO% of all time. He is the most intimidating HW of all time. He is the only man ever to be World HW Champ in boxing and kickboxing. He's 40 years old now. He came back after a 4 year layoff and is still dominating the HW division. Hasn't lost a single round in his comeback.
If Adamek upsets Vitali, he definitely deserves to be in the Hall of Fame.
He already has a very impressive resume.
