Koncz was backing up manny as to why they pushed for the 14day cut off and supported the commision to do its job. They asked manny if he took drugs right? Theres your answer.

But manny is still talking the same **** from years ago. Commission rules, 14 day cut off etc.

That sounded like someone who hasn't changed his stance like some have said.

pacquiao is still the underdog, so the underdog believe he don't need to fight Mayweather .....the favorite to win the fight

Manny don't know what these drugs look like, so how would he know if he was on something if he doesn't know what they are?
