Do You Think Schaefer Secretly Wants Delahoya To Self Destruct?

With Oscar out of the way, Schaefer takes over full control of the company completely.

Goldenboy didn't miss a beat during Oscar's absence.

I bet secretly Schaefer wishes he would have stayed gone.

I wouldn't be surprised if he tempts Oscar with an 8ball, some cognac and a brand new set of mini-skirts!

I think you are not correct. It's a matter of who owns the controlling interest, and I would bet that Oscar owns the vast majority of the shares. Schafer is merely employed by the company. He may have been allowed to buy a certain amount, say 5%, as being a key man, it would bind him to the conpany's wellbeing. And I believe that there are, or were, certain other original "investors" who would likely own shares, perhaps voting shares, perhaps non voting............

As I recall, Mosley, a Vice-President of something-or-other, the way Barrera, Hopkins etc were, owned 1 share, which they TOOK back (probably in their original agreement) and gave him a thousand or so dollars for it. As he said, he knew nothing about it until he was presented with the money.

So that Schafer would be running the company if Oscar wasn't there, is what he is being paid to do anyway. He runs it whether Oscar is there or not. He's a qualified executive. Oscar isn't.
