That Ring situation looks like they consider Hopkins better but can not rate him higher, since he does not have the belts. Anyway, I think that after the December rematch, Hopkins will join the top 3 P4P list again.

The RING MAGAZINE had Hopkins winning.....but ALSO they have Taylor higher on the p4p list when they had HOPKINS winning the fight...
