Not saying i wouldn't love to see the fight again bro, i would...it was FOTY for me last year. All i'm saying is theres no mandate for Khan to fight Maidana. He's done it once, people can't seriously be claiming it's a fight Khan MUST take.

McCloskey, Morales, Peterson are all opponents that don't bring much threat to Khan.
I would really like to see him handle Matthysse or hopefully Prescott if he can pick up a win. They are the real fights and Khan and his team know it, but seem to prefer the guys who simply can't punch as hard.

Khan has been in with 2 big punchers, he got stopped by 1 and rocked badly by the 2nd, so i don't see a 3rd big puncher being allowed into the ring with Khan anytime soon. Shame as he needs the experience fighting guys like that if he wants to be a genuine star and not one made half in the marketing room and half in the ring. Once he moves up to 147 having scalps like Matthysse and Prescott would give him great confidence, at the moment it's all false hope with only 1 win over Maidana giving him confidence and even that fight still haunts him.
