pac said that he feels it's the boxing commission's responsibility to enforce the rules and regulations for drug testing not the boxers meaning that if the commission says that manny and floyd need to do osdt for their fight then both fighters will do osdt. pac just feels its bs that another boxer can enforce those type of rules on his opponent.

well does the boxing commission dictate what specific weight two fighters need to fight at? the commission regulates the drug testing, pac is saying why get in the way of what the commission does. catchweights are something that have been going on for a long time (whether you like it or not) and that are agreed upon by the two fighters and their teams.

Pac says let's follow the commission and not do OST because the commission doesn't mandate it. But then a few seconds later Pac signs off on the fact that Team Pac agreed to OST with a 14 day cut-off.

What we're saying is if you're going by commission rules, there would be no OST 14 day cut-off at all. Point being, if you're going to allow OST, you might as well go all up to the fight instead of asking for a cut-off.
