TS, do you even know what OST even means? It shouldnt have the "O" there since its nothing like Olympic.

There needs to be year round RANDOM testing regardless if you are on vacation or have a fight coming up, hold a belt? Top 50 fighter? You getting your ass tested regardless if you have a fight or not.

Thats the only way to catch people, but even if a person is on PEDS, you can test them all you want and they will pass. Conte's athletes have broken tons of Olympic records and got gold medals for over 3 DECADES. They did the tests, they all passed. The only reason he got caught was because someone sent the PED to a lab to be analyzed. He can just change the strain and it will be undetectable again, so they can do all the testing they want.

If Manny is so fond about the state athletic comission's rules why is he willing to "bend" the rules for a 14 day cut-off but not for a 1 day cut-off? I understand that he wants to do a 14 day cut-off for "superstituous" reasons but to bring all this comission bull**** into play, is just ******.

In Pac's latest interview, Manny says the commission makes the rules, which is why he won't submit to Mayweather's demands. But then he turns around and says testing 14 days before the fight is acceptable and immediately after is acceptable.

But if you're going by the commission rules, there wouldn't be OST at all. So why is he able to submit 14 days unlimited OST before the fight, but not 1 day before the fight?
