He's the Mexican Zab Judah. Quite frankly, I don't get it. But let's face it - it's not as if Cotto's title is all that legit. Arum always keeps a paper titlist around (Clottey, Foreman, etc.) just in case one of his moneymakers needs a belt right quick.
