i don know why some act ignorant when this is a very legit and great thread. he has a good point.

mayweather generates money and whoever fights him gets good money without getting killed like if they would fight pacquiao. so yes he is the easiest pay day because you can make the most money with him without a single scratch.

No, seriously.. think about it. He is the least dangerous fighter in the sport but his mouth creates fuzz. IF you get in a ring with him you know you won't get hurt, not even if you put your face in front and let him hit you a couple of times.

Mayweather is one of the softest hitters in the sport and he will just tag you a few times per round olympic style and run around in circles for the entire fight.

You'd be making pretty good money, win or lose, coming out of it almost scratchless. Mayweathers opponents after fights look like they came out of a modeling photo shoot.. just sweaty..

OP has a good point. Floyd makes huge number and his opponents make quite some money as well.

Floyd isn't the most offensive fighter around and he is defensive minded so that's why it's quite easy for his opponents. It's not like they are going to get punished like if they fought Pacquiao.

Floyd isn't a dangerous fighter, he will beat you in a calm and soft manner. It's not like it is with Pacquiao where you know you will have to get beat up to make good money.

between mayweather and pacquiao, mayweather is BY FAR the easier payday.

their styles of fighting have already been discussed so it should be already clear that pacquiao provides the greater physical beating.

as a precursor to the beating received from pacquiao, those fighters would have already had to suffer a beating in a loss beforehand to even get in the ring with pacquiao.

so, after the pacquiao fight, the fighter would have suffered two beatings. one from pacquiao and one to even get in the ring with pacquiao.
