There's an interview with Al Haymon in the current issue of The Ring magazine.

When asked if he would ever manage a white boxer, he laughed and said "NO".

Haymon may believe white boxers are inferior, but some of his fighters like Daniel Jacobs and Jermain Taylor have been KOed by them.

I could care less. I haven't liked a white boxer since the 20's and 50's. The only white boxer I like today is Chakhiev and he has his own promoter so if Haymon wants to promote non whites, more power to him.

White fighters are boring.

I can say that, just like I can say I'd rather watch black people play basketball - they're better.
