"but you have never seen nobody 25-years-old and all of the sudden he became good...think about it, think about it."

Attention to all Floyd lovers: Will you please tell Floyd that Pac before the age of 25 was a 3 division champ, 2 division lineal champ and a champ at the age of 19. Just in case this contradicting king he doesn't know what he is talking about.

But for him to question if Manny is legit makes sense to me. Its a question that many others have as well. So if a person has nothing to hide, then why not simply take the tests? Like Floyd said, this is boxing, instead of taking him to court, why not just settle it in the ring?
Floyd could simply asked for the special test against Pac but what he did is beyond a simple matter. First, the accusation came first without any evidence and it was not like a one time thing from Floyd but he accused Pac was on PEDs too many times in national tv, newspaper, boxing websites, in facebook, etc..then came asking for OST.

floyd's antics to gain publicity and sell his bout with vic is putting floyd's credibility to rock bottom...

and only adds to people's perception of floyd's fear and ducking of pac...

another thing, floyd's continued refusal to submit a deposition brings a hollow ring to his accusations of pac using ped

Sergio Martinez is 1, but with a lot of fighters, its not that they are getting better as they get older, its that the competition is not as good. The trainers are not as good and fighters tecnique isn't as good. These guys are fighting more off of ability than skill. That's why Hopkins will beat guys like Pascal. Now imagine Pascal with that same ability with sound fundamental skills and a good trainer.Hopkins wouldn't be able to touch him. Larry Holmes always made comments about the newer generation not being skillfull. That's why he fought for so long. Now lets look at Manny. Marquez gives him fits because he is a throwback fighter with a lot of skills. He jabs, counters, and ****s the body to break his opponent down. No matter how old he is, he will always give Manny problems. But Manny dominates fighters that stand right in front of him, the plodders. So Floyd could be wrong. Manny is looking good now days because they are simply putting inferior fighters in front of him. But for a small guy to move up and physically dominate bigger guys and then refuse random blood tests, it makes any person that understands the evolution of an athletes body wonder. How is he doing this to guys like Cotto, Mosley, and Clottey? Leonard, Hearns, Hagler, and Duran, as great as they were, did not get better as they got older. Ali nor Robinson got better as they got older. So how is Manny Pacquiao?
Yes you can speculate about Pacquiao's ability to go through weights, but pretty much everything else I disagree with. Most fighters and athletes for that matter peak between the ages of 27-32, that is not for everybody, but a general rule of thumb so I have no idea what you are talking about. Bernard Hopkins as an example was a very late starter, and probably peaked in his mid 30's. I agree that pacquiao has fought more 'plodders' as you call them since he has moved up in weight, but Marquez is hardly swift of foot, that is not his style he utilises angles and subtle movement. He is a skillful fighter yes, pound for pound arguably the best fighter pac has fought, but I personally think Cotto at a higher weight was potentially just as tough a fight, cotto is also a skillful fighter, maybe not quite the level of Marquez, but the size difference you would think would bridge that gap, thing is Pacquiao was a better fighter when he fought Cotto, if you look at both fights, I personally can see big improvements and if your unbiased so will you.

As pacquiao has moved up in weight, he has stopped lunging in as much and his timing and angles have improved because he was forced to make this change, he and Roach knew if he lunged in from too far out like he did in the lower weights he could be knocked out, his respect of these bigger fighters power had made him into a more patient and better fighter. He has improved his right hand and has become a much better body puncher, the placement of his punches are better, and he thinks much more about the shots coming back his way defensively, and has developed some nice counters, in particular a right counter hook, utilised against Hatton, and uppercut utilised agaisnt cotto. These little improvements have made him overall a much, much better fighter, if you study him like I have you will see it.

I guess the marquez fight will reveal more, and I think many people will finally see the improvement in Pacquiao's technique. Ultimately though it will only be when Pac agrees to random testing and fights floyd that this whole thing will rest.

Here's the thing. In the Oscar fight Manny used his speed and movement to evade the bigger Oscar and didn't engage him once. Against Cotto, Pac was letting Cotto **** on him and went toe to toe with Cotto. Pac wasn't that strong at 130 or 135 when he was fighting but after Oscar he became a lil guy backing down bigger dudes? I don't know if Pac is juicing or not but he is definitely acting like a guilty guy. If Manny is clean, then he should have no reason to avoid taking the tests. How can you sue someone for asking you to take a test because you are clean but won't take the tests to prove that you are clean? If I was Floyd I wouldn't go to court for that charge either.

Support the Red, White, and Blue by giving Floyd your hard earned money for the attempt of seeing him get beat up by Mr. Green Champ.

Arum will never let pac fight mayweather...once you sell your soul it's game over you gotta do what the boss tells you to do..file lawsuits, ask for 10 million dollar penalties..lie about having a fear of needles...tell them you need a two week gap...pac probably would fight floyd he doesn't care ..it's arum who doesn't want his cash cow to take the risk.

I agree and think that is the case like when Floyd wanted to fight Oscar and Arum didn't want to make the fight, so Floyd left. Manny is in the same predictament except he is content with having Arum run his career.

He knocked out like 30+ people before moving up to lightweight. Floyd won his 1st title in 1998 when he was 21. Manny won his 1st title in 1999 when he was 20. Manny won his 3rd title in his 3rd weight class before he was 25. He's always been good Floyd...
