If the demand was/is so crazy, how come Pac just didn't agree/disagree with it and keep it like that? Why did he have to agree and disagree for almost 3 years? As long as it has taking Pacquiao to agree to some blood tests atleast 1 million or more elementary school students have given blood. I still don't get how anyone can cosign a top tier athlete holding up the biggest fight because he doesn't want to give blood? Not trying to make it a debate again but everytime I read that Floyd was/is holding up this fight the only thing I can think of is him saying "take the tests and you have a fight" and Arum saying " we don't trust the USADA because Floyd works with them". Hilarious.

Crasy demands? I thought your husband Manny already agreed to the blood testing. You Pac fans cant even keep up with your mans lies. Your better off involking spousel privaledge aka stfu.
Only one thing is certain throughout this whole situtation and that is that Floyds position has never changed. Now team Pacquiao is another story. Afraid of needles, wait no im not. Im superstitous wait no im not. Blah biddy blah blah blah. Floyds been saying the same thing since 2009. Can you honestly say that about Manny? Thats one of those rhetorical questions so you dont need to answer.

EXACTLY! They seem to follow everything Arum, Roach or Pac says word for word. Pac fans are flip floppers. They'll say anything to try to protect Pac but Pac ain't doing a good job making them look like they're doing the right thing. It's funny because how Arum was screaming about a 2nd and 3rd negotiation and Floyd backed out but it is revealed when Floyd comes back that the only way Arum/Pac will agree to the blood testing is if the USADA are not administering it? That just made the so called 2nd and 3rd negotiations obsolete because technically they never agreed to take the blood tests.

And you won't beat helpless people up like ex-wife, security guards, parking attendants; you won't order your bodyguards to shoot and beat people up and wont spew racist rants on U-stream. And finally you will always honor your father.

Isn't Floyd who repeatdly said Manny an easy fight, much easier than Marquez. Isn't Floyd who said this one dimensional un-skilled midget ABSOLUTELY no chance of beating him with or without PEDS. Easy fight easy HUGE money right? Then why allow Pac to practically run away from the fight by refusing Floyd's OSDT up to fight night? Doesn't makes sense at all.

You serious? Floyd's position never changed? Let's rewind:
First negotiation Floyd demanded OSDT and Manny agreed. The fight did not push through cause they can't agree on cut-off. Both Manny and Floyd agreed there must be cut-off. But Manny wanted 24, Floyd 14. Deadlock followed and Manny fought Clottey. Bob no choice, March 13 date already set and approaching.

Second negotiation Manny agreed to 14 but Floyd moved it to 7. Then Manny agreed but then Floyd moved it to fight night. Still Manny agreed but Floyd went to vacation to spend time with family and not thinking about boxing at all. And later said there was no negotiation at all. But unfortunately, Ross exposed his lies.

Now tell me, has Floyd's position never changed? And who do you believed should be blamed for the fight not happening?

What's wrong with Bob demanding WADA overseeing the whole OSDT process?
WADA is a world wide body with USADA and other international testing agencies like UKADA under it's wings. This Floyd-Pac fight is international in nature and I think it's fair enough for WADA to oversee with Manny training in the Philippines. USADA to test Floyd in US while training and any reputable WADA accredited testing agency in Asia to test Manny in Philippines. I think it's fair enough. I don't see any valid reason for this fight not to happen again because of this.
