Acelino made a right choice by quitting...

Corrales would have ended his career if he didn't...smart choice, obviously 99% of you guys haven't boxed and won't realise what Freitas would have ended up as if he had continued.

This would be a great fight. I would root for Acelino, since he is one of my favorites. I root for him as if he was a Boricua.

He is also one of my favorites.

no matter what people say about freitas and his herky jerky method he would probably beat pac based on his size popo is huge compared to pacquaio. thye both have herky jerky styles and no doubt the fight wuold be explosive

I'm sorry, but this match would be overly one sided in the favor of the Brazilian.

Neither cuz it'll never happen at 130. The odds againt Freitas moving down in weight to face a tough opponent are overwhelming.

Anyway, I think mebbe Freitas gets too much **** for his quit job. I mean, I think he may deserve the **** he gets, but it's almost impossible to tell for sure at this moment. Sure he folded. But he kept getting up against Barrios back in '03. Anyway, mebbe he'll redeem himself at some point.

Freitas-Pacquiao would be a hell of a fight, though. I wouldn't mind seeing Pacquiao move up to meet him. It prolly won't happen though.

                    Oh shut up.

Obviously you'll never be as successful as you could be as a boxer.

The truth is, neither you, nor i, nor Freitas, nor Corrales nor anyone else has any idea what could have happened if he had kept going. We all know he looked alert and steady after the third knockdown and chose to quit anyway. Would you have advised Corrales to stay down after his second knockdown?

Now, the other truth is, I don't blame Freitas as much as most people do, but don't give me this sanctimonious, know-it-all bull ****. And how the **** do you know what any of these guys do in their spare time?

Acelino Frietas will either quit against Pac or get knocked out by Pac.
