pac's inside game is underrated..he is a decent inside figther..watch pac early fights pre-ledwaba....not sayin thats how he's going to fight floyd tho
That was Castillo's strength. Why would he give Castillo the advantage?

exactly...thats the same reason why floyd will not stay in the pocket vs pac coz he'll become an easier target than if he moves... it'll play in pac's advantage...

do people even watch fights, or do they just think of themselves as boxing experts?
People have their emotions invested in Pacquiao, so they say anything to defend his chances......Even if they have no idea what they're talking about.

Pac can't get off in close quarters.

actaully , thats what he prefered before his 122 reign.....but since he's fighting at ww now vs way bigger guys, it's not practical.....plus, i dont think floyd will fight him at close range anyways...

                Stating the obvious, but....

JMM didnt get caught all night. His chin isnt great, he isnt that fast, but he outboxed Pac twice.

Floyd may not throw the combinations of JMM, but he is bigger, stronger and faster. Pacs straight left by itself wont be effective. Floyd wil have his range, and just move back. Pac will be too far away to land it. He will have to throw a flurry of straight punches going forward, and keep the pressure on when his shots miss.

I can see Pac out working Floyd with volume punches, but Floyd at his best still out maneuvers and outboxes pAC IMO.

Floyd(imo)will fight Pac inside and get very physical with him bro..Pac is nothing close to what May is on the inside(with that elbow and defense in the clinch)Pac has no shot inside..Pac has to back Floyd up plain and simple,if Floyd has him backing up Pac does not have a chance..I truly believe May will try to back Pac up,with Jabs to off set Pac's timing get inside and be very physical with Pac..

So you're saying Pacquiao might hit him 5-10 times?

He can't stop it and he knows it. If Pac can avoid DLH's jab and land on him at will and Margarito, then he will be able to reach Floyd as well. Floyd knows that he won't be able to see all the punches and will undoubtedly eat more than he wants to.
