He has enough power to keep guys honest and break down opponents over time. The problem I saw with him is that he cant fight going backwards. So without 1punch knockout power he can get backed up and be broken down by guys with good chin.

He reminds me of chad Dawson
Hand injury from his fight not too long ago.

Him and his team are thinking long term, which is just get the victory and worry about looking impressive some other time.

People keep bringing up his lack of power, but the kid intentionally avoided sitting on his punches so as to not re-injure his hand.

He is a prospect I see his talent and the talent of other prospects, but I do not take them too seriously until they step up in competition like I did with Ward. As of now the elite featherweights stomp him out in the late rounds.

He has no power that guy was getting hit with shots he did not see,Pauly has more power, that guy should have been stopped, any top 126-130 guy ****s him,Gamboa might end his career.

I was thinking the same thing, the kid is good and obviously has skills but there's something missing, he's not really a "wow" kind of fighter. After watching his fight I was thinking I would love to see him fight Mikey Garcia - Mikey comes with everything and has a certain excitement factor about him. Mikey beats him, possibly by KO IMO, but would be an interesting scrap.

He's just a prospect...I think there moving him along good...

If his skills are good enough he doesn't need power to win fights...

Unlike you guys I believe he has power, he hurt and wobbled Miranda but Miranda is tricky and put his head in between the ropes to get the ref to stop it and recover. Only problem I have with him is his killer instinct.

how did we notice it but no one else saw it? miranda was doing something VERY tricky. when he was about to get tko'd he would quickly just fall inside the ropes & the ref would come in stopping gary from punching..........you can't ko a guy who will resort to tactics just to keep from getting ko'd.
