Earth to Donaire.. Floyd fought southpaws before.. He can fight out of different stances other than the shoulder roll.
Floyd rarely shoulder rows with southpaws. He does at times does shoudler rolls by habit when he fights southpaws, but corrects himself with the high guard. However the high guard can be countered by a straight left from the southpaw. his favorite move against the southpaw is straight right and the left hook and is a forward fighter.Comment

For some reason there is this belief that Floyd has issues with southpaws and I just don't get it. The man has no losses on his record. I want to see someone breakdown how southpaws give him trouble because from the fights I have seen he has dominated southpaws.Comment

This is really nothing new to boxers/trainers and/or serious boxing fans. Its doing it thats the hard part, what Nonito was demonstrating can be applied in theory but Floyd isnt going to be rooted to the spot, he will take a few steps back or to the side when attacked.Comment

Yup Donaire is spot on. But Corley hurt Mayweather with an overhand right and not a straight left.
Floyd can draw on his experience from fighting Corley/Judah anyway and of course Ortiz.Comment
